SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When it comes to our industry and the nature of our products, unfortunately, the topic of shipping is not as simple as they are for other online stores. Since our store deals with haberdashery, this means that volume and weight are huge and irregular factors. It is because of these factors that we first require customers to place their orders online before sending through an official quotation including the correct shipping amount to accommodate orders. Since courier companies take these two factors into account when determining the cost of a delivery, we first make sure that we are providing customers with the best possible shipping cost for their orders. Subject to availability and receipt of payment, confirmed orders will be processed within 3 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email communication.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The provision of goods and services by Kayo Bazaar is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, We will refund the client in full within 7 days. Due to the nature of the products that we offer, it is not possible for us to accept returns or refunds on online orders. If any delivered goods are damaged/harmed when received by the customer, please, contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please, note that we will only assist if damaged/harmed goods were mistakenly sent off by our team.
Due to the extremely large variety of products that we've made available online for our customers' convenience, there is a possibility that occasional pricing errors might be found on certain products listed on our site. This is one of the reasons why our online ordering process functions as a quotation submission system rather than a traditional online store. No payments are required when submitting an order online. Payments are only required once the customer accepts the official quote which is generated and sent through once our team confirms the stock and shipping. Please, be aware that if any pricing errors are detected on a listing or submitted order, the customer will be notified and the correct and actual price of the goods will be quoted. No exceptions.
